The goal of staging is to create an emotional response from the buyers viewing the home. We want them to fall in love with your home! In today's market there are two kinds of buyers. One is looking for a bargain or a steal. The second is truly is looking for their "perfect" home, but has no sense of urgency. Staging can cause an emotional response which can create more urgency or fear of loss for the buyer. This year The Wall Team has experienced great success with our association with Final Touch Staging. Many of the homes Sam Fischer of Final Touch has staged have sold in one or two weeks. Several have sold in less than a month and all for very close to the asking price.
Once a client has decided to list their home with The Wall Team, Sam will schedule a consultation to meet with them and do a "walk-through" at their home. At this time the client and Sam will come up with a plan of action to get the home in tip top showing condition. Some homeowners can take Sam's advice and do the work themselves while others will hire her to bring in her inventory of home accessories and give their home that "model home" look. She will also rearrange furniture and/or accessories as needed.
Sam Fischer of Final Touch Staging is the Wall Team's exclusive home stager. She is not only extremely talented in decorating, but has the eye of a buyer because she was a licensed realtor previously and worked with many buyers in her career. We love having her as a part of our "team". It really gives our listings that "competitive edge" which is so important in today's tricky real estate market.
